• Are you suffering from lower back pain? Here’s a tip: Try to lift your chest up about an inch and lean the upper body back about a half an inch. Also, while sitting, ground your feet wider than hip distance apart. Be sure to align your knees over ankles. When standing, be sure NOT to lock your knee joints. Of course you'll also need to stretch your gluteus muscles on a regular basis to keep the pesky pain away. Come in to the studio and I can show you how this is done. See you soon!
