Sahej Anand Kaur Khalsa, a Kundalini Yoga instructor, is offering Kundalini Yoga classes on Thursdays 6.30-8p and on Saturdays 9-10.30a. Please come and check out her class. Currently I am offering one FREE Yoga class to new clients. Please share this information with your family and friends.
Buddy Pass Special month
October is Buddy Pass Special month. I normally offer FREE 1-hour massage session to clients with 4 Buddy Passes. If you refer a client to Smiling Circle in the month of October, you will receive 2 Buddy Passes for each referral. So for the month of October, if you refer two Buddies, you could receive a FREE 1-hour massage!
complimentary 10-min interval chair massages
Starting in Oct. 2014, I will be offering complimentary 10-min interval chair massages at Whole Foods in Waverly Plaza (Cary, NC). I will be there on first three Fridays of the month between 4-7p. Please come and check it out and let your friends know too. It is a nice way to introduce massage therapy for those who are curious about massage but have been hesitant.
Final Fridays with the Cary Art Loop
Smiling Circle Studio is part of Cary Art Loop. Currently, art works by Karin Neuvirth are displayed at the studio. This event is held every last Fridays of the month. Come and check out the art, and see the studio to learn about Yoga and massage therapy. Light refreshments are provided.
I consider myself a wellness guide, working with you through teamwork to free your body of muscle and joint pain and help the mind into peaceful state. I have genuinely enjoyed working and helping those suffering from a variety of pains, medical challenges, and life stress. I hope to see you in the studio soon.

Are you suffering from lower back pain? Here’s a tip: Try to lift your chest up about an inch and lean the upper body back about a half an inch. Also, while sitting, ground your feet wider than hip distance apart. Be sure to align your knees over ankles. When standing, be sure NOT to lock your knee joints. Of course you'll also need to stretch your gluteus muscles on a regular basis to keep the pesky pain away. Come in to the studio and I can show you how this is done. See you soon!
